Fill out the order form Click here to download the form or contact us to send you via fax or e-mail. Send us the filled form, wordings and photos (if any) via e-mail.
Payment We require 50% Non-refunable deposit. Unless specified otherwise your deposit is officially valid for 6 months. Full payment is required before production commencement. We accept payment of bank direct debit for local customers. Please send us the copy of pay-in slip via fax or e-mail to confirm the payment. Oversea customers payment instruction is coming soon....

Proofing and Approval
First draft  Upon received your order form and confirmed the payment of deposit, we will send you the 1st draft within 7 working days via e-mail. Please ensure that the photos and wording submitted are as final as possible.
Proof reading and amendent Please check the proof carefully. We do offer 2 minor amendments free of charge. Any extra or big changes will be charged accordingly. 
Approval A proof approval must be signed and return to us via fax or e-mail prior to production commencement. Central Art will not send your order to print until we have received your final approval. Please carefully check for any errors before sending your approval. It is the customers responsibility to check all copies are correct.
After approval Please note that any changes or mistakes made after the approval will incur a charge of HK$200 for artwork fee and an additional plate charge of HK$200 per panel. NO changes can be made if the production is commenced.
Production Frame Please allow 3-4 weeks from the date of your proof approval for your products. This does not include delivery time.

Refund and Reprint Policy
Refund No refunds will be given after the commencement of the order. 
Reprint Reprint are ONLY acceptable if the goods DO NOT match original customer's specifications in the order form or the proofs you approved. We do our best to ensure all orders are correct. However, there are occasions where a mistake is made. You MUST check your order and report any mistakes within 3 days of receiving your order. During this 3 day period, please call Central Art at (+852) 5110 3912. Oversea Customers please send an e-mail to us within 3 days of receiving the goods. We will correct the mistakes caused by us free of charge  in 7-14 days. We will NOT take responsibility for any delay. Once the 3 day period is over, we consider the order is completed and will NOT take responsibility for any mistakes.

Please note that goods CANNOT be returned/reprinted based to the following reasons:
  • Handmade items may occur a variation between items.
  • The colors you see online or real samples might be slightly different from the final goods.
